We understand the importance of finding the perfect scent, to assist you in this quest, we offer affordable 3ml vials of all our perfumes. We strongly encourage you to embrace these opportunities before committing to a full-size bottle. None of our products may be returned or exchanged due to personal preference or dissatisfation with their scent profile.
Our perfumes are meticulously handcrafted to order and we always aim to process and post orders as soon as possible. However, please be aware that during busy periods (especially Halloween or Christmas), when order volumes
substantially increase, it is likely to take us longer to prepare your order.
To ensure complete transparency, we maintain
an announcement in the sitewide banner on our website at all times, making our current order crafting times
clear. We also provide our current order crafting time in your order confirmation email, so you'll have a good
idea of when to expect your dark and enchanting parcel.
If a product is sold out, rest assured that we are already waiting for ingredients / stock to arrive, or blending a new batch to meet your demand. To secure your desired scent and ensure you don't miss out when it's ready, we offer pre-ordering. We continuously update the predicted time until each product is available.
Whilst we will give a predicted date for pre-orders, this is not a guaranteed date and does not exempt any order from our no cancellation policy. Usually, we are waiting for a particular ingredient or glass bottles / packaging so that we can prepare your order.
To lock in a pre-order, payment is required at the time of ordering. Please also note that orders can only be posted once all of your chosen items are available. If you would like to receive any items sooner, please place a separate order for those that are available.
We take pride in meticulously crafting each of our perfumes to order. From bottling to sealing, labelling to packaging, it's a labour of dark devotion. As a result, all sales are considered final, and cannot be refunded or exchanged once placed.None of our products may be returned or exchanged due to personal preference or dissatisfation with their scent profile.
We strive for perfection, but if there is an issue with your order such as sending the wrong perfume or something is damaged, rest assured, we will make it right. Please report any damages or issues as soon as possible.
For proof an insurance purposes, we will usually request that you email us photos of the items. In some cases, we may need the product returned, and we'll cover the cost. If an error has been made or damage has occurred, we will of course send a replacement right away at no extra cost to you.
We understand that circumstances or mistakes may necessitate order cancellations. If we haven't yet started crafting your order, we will usually accommodate your request.
